Golfer's Elbow

Golfer's elbow also known as medial epicondylitis is an irritation of the muscles, joints, and other tissue(s) connecting the forearm muscle to the elbow.

Symptoms are pain on the inside of the elbow. In severe cases the symptoms progress into the wrist and forearm. These symptoms are often made worse with movement or pressure.

Common causes are tablet/computer/phone usage, sports, weightlifting, crossfit, repetitive wrist and arm motions.

Treatment includes chiropractic, physical therapy, heat/ice, and the correct balance of rest and exercise.
